FMG has a modern, fully equipped analytical and microbiological laboratory staffed with competent and experienced technicians. All materials and ingredients are sampled on arrival, tested against specifications, results compared against Certificate of Conformity and then, and only then, positively released to Production.

FMG quality management system continues with Operators control throughout the manufacturing and packaging process. Our Quality Assurance staff is responsible for auditing to ensure that quality procedures and standards are constantly met.
 
 
Materials are marshalled, inspected and batch weighed using a computerized management and control system that ensures accuracy of ingredients weighing.
 
 

Batches of finished products are taken from the packaging line for testing and analysis. Only batches that have been marked passed by the Quality Control Department are released into the warehouse for transportation.
